This is my son's favorite dish ever, if it's his choice to pick dinner this is what he wants. The noodles are not homemade, because I mean, who has time for that, but the sauce is delicious and cheesy! The key is letting the sauce simmer for a good while, to let the flavors come out, as well as ALL the different cheeses included. Mom had a really happy crowd every time she would make her lasagna.
