Creamy pasta with seafood is always a win! I like to use crawfish tails left over from a crawfish boil to give this a little extra flavor. But it is delicious with just regular crawfish tails from the store or you can use shrimp for shrimp fettuccine! My mom made this many times for us and we loved it!
