I am the queen of foil packet potatoes, and while it may not be super chic, it's legit delish. It's also super versatile because you can either dress these up with your favorite condiments or even serve them as a main dish, fried eggs on top! And because everything is so nicely contained in foil, cleanup is a breeze.
