And of course, I have a chocolate version of slice-and-bake cookies! Think of these as Chocolate Sugar Cookies with the rolling pin, royal icing, or cookie cutters. Peppermint extract gives the cookies even more flavor, but they wouldn't be lacking if you didn't have any on hand. Makes 24 cookies.
